Job Description
Galaxy Insulations Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for arranging client meetings, conducting on-site visits, and giving product demonstrations. After successfully completing a structured one-month training program, the candidate will be assigned monthly targets with attractive incentives offered on every sale made.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and arrange meetings with potential clients.
- Visit client sites to understand requirements and demonstrate insulation products.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company’s products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Meet sales targets and report progress to the management team.
Training & Growth
1 Month Training: Comprehensive product and sales training provided to ensure readiness for client engagement.
Performance-Based Growth: Incentives and career advancement opportunities based on achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Prior sales experience preferred but not mandatory (freshers with high enthusiasm may apply).
