Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist (HR & Administration) to support daily HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support onboarding, induction, and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee data accurately.
- Prepare attendance and payroll inputs for salary processing.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
- Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Coordinate performance review and probation confirmation processes.
- Support HR policy implementation and compliance-related activities.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, office maintenance, and vendor management.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and inventory requirements.
- Handle visitor management and front-office coordination when required.
- Assist in travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Support management with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Coordinate office events, employee celebrations, and internal activities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
