We are looking for a Senior Zoho Developer with strong experience in Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting to handle client implementations, customizations, integrations, and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end Zoho solutions
- Develop advanced Deluge scripts, workflows, automations, and custom functions
- Customize Zoho CRM and integrate it with third-party applications
- Understand client requirements and provide scalable solutions
- Manage implementation, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize solutions
- Review code and mentor junior developers
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience with Zoho applications
- Expert-level Zoho CRM knowledge
- Strong experience with Deluge scripting and API integrations
- 3+ end-to-end client implementations
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, blueprints, and automation
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow, or custom connectors
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to mentor junior/mid-level developers
Additional Skills – Good to Have:
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Creator and custom app development
- Solid understanding of Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Billing, and Zoho Flow
- Experience with Zoho One environment administration
- Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead on Zoho projects
- Zoho CRM/Deluge certifications, if available
- Exposure to project management, presales, or solutioning activities
