Job Title: Senior Executive
Job Summary: The Insurance Process Executive is responsible for handling insurance-related transactions, policy servicing, customer support, claims processing, and data management while ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Review and verify customer information and policy documents.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with policy coverage, claims status, and billing-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, agents, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company guidelines.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in insurance, BPO, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
