Allocation Executive (Two-Wheeler Dealership)
Position: Allocation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate vehicles to customers based on booking priority and availability.
- Coordinate with the stockyard, sales team, and delivery team for vehicle allocation.
- Maintain records of vehicle stock, allocation status, and deliveries.
- Verify vehicle details such as model, color, variant, chassis number, and engine number before allocation.
- Monitor incoming vehicle stock and update allocation plans accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain allocation reports and MIS records.
- Ensure timely allocation to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with management regarding pending bookings and stock shortages.
- Assist in vehicle dispatch and delivery planning when required.
- Follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines related to vehicle allocation.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and dealership management software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Experience in automobile dealership operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
