Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
- Review data for errors, correct inconsistencies, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records as required.
- Generate simple reports and summaries based on data sets.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
- Follow company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation activities as needed.Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and project deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/Degree in computer applications
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in computer applications or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (recommended: 35–45 WPM).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with data management systems or CRM tools (preferred).
Job Location: Raigarh, Chattisgarh
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Duty Timing: 8 Hours per day (As per roster)
