Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day project activities, ensure smooth communication between teams, monitor project timelines, and maintain project documentation. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding project updates.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports accurately.
- Ensure project deadlines are met by coordinating with different departments.
- Identify project risks or delays and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor resource allocation and project deliverables.
- Support procurement, logistics, or operational activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards.
- Perform other coordination and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
