Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English communication and Soft Skills training sessions for students of Classes 9 to 12
- Enhance students' spoken English, pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, and overall communication skills
- Train students in public speaking, presentations, group discussions, interview techniques, leadership, teamwork, and personality development
- Improve students' confidence, professional etiquette, and interpersonal skills
- Design engaging activities, role plays, workshops, and communication exercises
- Assess student progress and provide individual feedback
- Create an interactive and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with school leadership and faculty to support students' holistic development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, Psychology, Journalism, Mass Communication, Education, or a related field
- B.Ed is not mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Soft Skills, English Communication, Personality Development, Corporate Training, or related fields
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom engagement skills
- Experience working with school or college students is preferred
