1. Fluent English and excellent communication skill for outbound calls.
2.Handle patient enquiries complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
3. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
4. To welcome and greets patients over the phone.
5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
