About the Role
In the event industry, teams perform under pressure, timelines, and constant change.
We’re looking for an HR Associate who can go beyond hiring, someone who can build team discipline, track performance, and strengthen company culture, while ensuring people stay motivated and aligned.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
•
Manage end-to-end hiring across operations, creative, and production roles
•
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of full-time staff, freelancers, and event crew
•
Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle
2. Productivity & Performance Tracking
•
Maintain a daily/weekly track of employee productivity and task movement
•
Coordinate with team leads to ensure work timelines and accountability are maintained
•
Flag gaps proactively and ensure follow-ups
3. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
•
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns
•
Address and resolve workplace grievances in a structured and professional manner
•
Provide basic counselling and guidance to improve individual performance and team alignment
4. Culture & Discipline
•
Help build a high-performance, accountable work environment
•
Ensure team members are aligned with company expectations, timelines, and work ethic
5. Employer Branding & Social Presence Awareness
•
Monitor company presence across social media platforms
•
Track how the brand is perceived by potential hires and audience
•
Coordinate internally to ensure hiring and culture reflect the brand image being projected
6. HR Operations
•
Manage attendance, records, contracts, and payroll coordination
•
Maintain internal HR systems and documentation
What We’re Looking For
•
1–3 years experience in HR / People Operations
•
Experience in the event industry is preferred
•
Strong communication and observation skills
•
Ability to manage people, not just processes
•
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
•
Basic understanding of social media and brand perception
•
Someone who can balance discipline with empathy

Work Culture Note

This role is part of a fast-paced event environment where timelines are dynamic and execution is critical.
•
Workdays may extend during peak event periods, including late evenings and seasonal weekends.

There will be phases of high workload and time-sensitive deliverables

Flexibility is important, especially around live event schedules and production timelines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
