We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents, understanding their educational goals, recommending suitable programs, and supporting them throughout the admission process. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and learning pathways.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions, seminars, webinars, and career guidance events.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Stay updated on educational trends, career opportunities, and institutional offerings.
