Job Description:
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for planning and executing ground-level marketing activities to support admissions across centres. The candidate will act as the single point of contact (POC) for all offline marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities across centers
- Drive center-level promotions to support admissions
- Identify and manage local vendors and on-ground teams for activities such as notice distribution and campaigns
- Ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time at each center
- Work closely with Center Coordinators and the Category team to gather local insights and requirements
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize based on results
- Ensure marketing materials (flyers, posters, etc.) are available and distributed as needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing / field marketing / operations
- Strong execution and coordination skills
- Ability to work with vendors and manage on-ground teams
- Willingness to travel frequently across centers
- Good understanding of local markets and promotions
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset

- Based out of Calicut (Kozhikode)
- Travel across centers require
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
