Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor / 3D Designer to support the organization’s creative and marketing initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and 3D visual assets that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables within defined timelines. Roles & Responsibilities Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, high-quality video content for digital and offline platforms Create and integrate 3D designs, animations, and visual elements into video projects as required Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all video outputs Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, 3D animation, audio enhancements, and color correction as required Optimize video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and campaigns Manage end-to-end post-production processes, ensuring timely delivery of projects Maintain proper organization and archiving of video assets, 3D files, and project materials Stay updated with evolving video editing, 3D design techniques, tools, and industry standards Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, transitions, and storytelling Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D modeling/animation, sound editing, and color grading techniques Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy Effective communication and collaboration skills Educational Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in video editing and/or 3D design Demonstrated portfolio of video and 3D design projects Key Attributes Professional approach with a strong sense of accountability Ability to work independently as well as within a team structure Adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement Compensation & Benefits Compensation aligned with industry standards Structured work environment with defined processes Opportunities for professional growth and skill development
