Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically proficient 3D Visualizer with 3+ years of professional experience in architectural and engineering visualization. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for architectural, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
The role requires close coordination with architects, engineers, designers, and project teams to convert design concepts and technical drawings into accurate and visually compelling 3D presentations.
Key Responsibilities
1. 3D Modelling & Visualization
- Create detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings, CAD drawings, sketches, and design concepts.
- Develop realistic interior and exterior 3D visualizations.
- Prepare 3D models for buildings, structures, interiors, landscapes, and project environments.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, materials, finishes, and design elements.
2. Rendering
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders for presentations, client meetings, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Apply appropriate lighting, textures, materials, camera angles, and environmental elements.
- Develop day, evening, and night-time visualizations as required.
- Optimize render quality and processing time while maintaining visual standards.
3. Walkthroughs & Animations
- Create 3D walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and architectural animations.
- Develop camera paths and animation sequences based on project requirements.
- Prepare visual content for client presentations and project approvals.
4. Design Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and project managers to understand design requirements.
- Incorporate design revisions and client comments into 3D models and renders.
- Identify visual or modelling discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned design team for resolution.
- Maintain consistency between 2D drawings, BIM models, and 3D visualizations.
5. Presentation Support
- Prepare high-quality presentation boards, perspectives, views, and visualization material.
- Support the architectural/design team during client presentations and design review meetings.
- Develop visual concepts to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
The candidate should have strong working knowledge of relevant 3D visualization software such as:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape
