Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for Atlas Copco air compressors by engaging with domestic and multinational companies.
- Develop leads through cold calls, consultant meetings, and OEM interactions; convert leads into orders.
- Maintain and update opportunity lists and sales funnels.
- Create competitive, technically aligned proposals and address compliance differences with customer requirements.
- Prepare key sales documents, including potential client lists and visit schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery and provide post-shipment query responses within timeline.
- Collaborate with consultants, clients, and third parties to complete sales engineering tasks.
- Conduct project site visits to understand client requirements and challenges.
- Maintain a client database for efficient cross-referencing and fast response times.
- Continuously learn and adapt to improve processes and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably with capital equipment.
- Basic knowledge of rotating equipment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in engineering tools and basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with bid management and creating technical/commercial quotes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel domestically and meet clients onsite.
