Job Title: Account Manager – Inbound Mobility, Housing & Destination Services
Job Location: Cybercity, Magarpatta, Pune (On-site, No Work from Home)
Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate (LLB / LLM preferred)
Experience: 5 – 7 years of experience in inbound mobility, relocation services, housing, destination services, and the sales & service industry, with exposure to handling corporate clients and expatriate relocations.

Job Summary:
The Account Manager – Inbound Mobility, Housing & Destination Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end inbound mobility services for expatriates relocating to India and other assigned destinations. This role focuses on client account management, coordination of housing and destination services, and ensuring a seamless relocation experience while maintaining compliance with local regulations. The position requires close coordination with clients, global mobility teams, landlords, service partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality relocation and settlement services.
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage end-to-end inbound mobility cases, including pre-arrival planning, arrival support, and post-arrival destination services for expatriates and assignees.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and service delivery.
o Coordinate housing-related services such as temporary accommodation, long-term housing search, lease negotiation support, and move-in assistance.
o Manage destination services including area orientation, local registrations, bank account setup, utility connections, and other settling-in services.
o Liaise with landlords, real estate brokers, serviced apartment providers, and destination service vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
o Ensure compliance with local housing regulations, lease requirements, and relocation policies. o Maintain detailed case records, client documentation, and service status updates in internal systems.
o Own and manage assigned client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for inbound mobility and relocation services. o Coordinate with client HR, global mobility, and relocation teams to align service delivery with client policies.
o Support pre-sales and onboarding by explaining inbound mobility, housing, and destination service offerings to prospective clients.
o Manage SLAs, service timelines, and cost structures while ensuring high client satisfaction.
o Handle escalations, resolve service issues, and proactively manage expectations.
o Support process improvements, SOP documentation, and service standardization across inbound mobility operations.
o Assist in onboarding and managing local vendors and destination service partners.
o Contribute to reporting and client reviews related to inbound mobility services. o Support cross-functional teams (immigration, tax, payroll) as required for integrated mobility solutions.
Key Skills & Other Traits:
o Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
o Proven experience in inbound mobility, relocation services, housing, or destination services.
o Strong client and account management skills with a service-oriented mindset.
o Excellent coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
o High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
o Problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
o Willingness to travel locally within Pune and to other cities.
o Must be based in Pune and possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler
Compensation Range:
o INR 7,00,000 LPA to 10,00,000 LPA + attractive incentives
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
