The Role
You will work directly with the founder to bring collections to life—from concept to final product. We are looking for a fiercely creative mind who understands both the technicality of design and the pulse of digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Sketching: Develop innovative concepts, mood boards, and detailed technical sketches.
Material Exploration: Experiment with premium textiles, handlooms, and surface ornamentation (embroidery, beadwork).
Sample Development: Coordinate closely with master karigars (artisans) to oversee pattern-making, draping, and flawless sample execution.
Social Media Edge: Bring a creative knack for translating the brand's aesthetic into engaging social media content/ideas.
Requirements
NIFT / NID graduates only.
Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion design.
Strong understanding of garment construction, draping, and fabric behavior.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
