Are you passionate about patient counselling and healthcare sales? Join our team and help patients achieve confidence through ethical skin & hair treatment consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct skin & hair treatment consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Convert consultations into treatment packages while maintaining a patient-first approach.
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with doctors and therapists.
- Achieve monthly sales and patient satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in counselling, healthcare sales, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, or wellness.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
