Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable History Teacher to teach Classes 6 to 8. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make history engaging through interactive and activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach History and Social Science to students in Classes 6 to 8.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Encourage critical thinking and discussions on historical events and their relevance.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, tests, and classroom participation.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Communicate student progress with parents and collaborate with colleagues.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in History or a related Social Science discipline.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
