We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure efficient inventory control across our warehouse and retail operations.
Job Summary
The Inventory Executive will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, maintaining inventory records, conducting stock audits, and ensuring accurate movement of products. The ideal candidate should have experience in the apparel or clothing industry, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all products and stock movements.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure optimum inventory levels.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Conduct physical stock verification and periodic inventory audits.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and procurement teams for smooth inventory management.
- Track inward and outward movement of goods and update inventory records.
- Identify stock discrepancies and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Prepare inventory MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper product categorization by size, color, style, and SKU.
- Maintain stock accuracy and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Support order fulfillment by ensuring inventory availability.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, Reports, Inventory MIS).
- Good understanding of inventory reconciliation and stock auditing.
- Experience working with inventory management or ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any relevant discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Stock Management.
- Experience in the Apparel, Garments, Fashion, Retail, or Clothing industry is preferred.
