The duties of the Service Technician will include various crane equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. A candidate must have strong mechanical aptitude, superior problem-solving abilities.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1) Routine Maintenance: Maintain crane equipment on a regular basis in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines.
2) Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues affecting crane equipment performance.
3) Repair and Replace Components: To restore optimal operation, fix or replace malfunctioning components as required.
4) Testing and Inspections: Make sure crane equipment satisfies strict safety requirements by carrying out comprehensive testing and inspection processes.
5) Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities performed on crane equipment.
6) Customer Communication: Provide clear and timely updates and recommendations to customers regarding the status of their equipment.
7) Teamwork: To ensure efficiency and expedite project completion, work together with other members of the team.
8) Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly safety protocols, to promote a safe working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· MUST HAVE:
o Any graduate from reputed university
o Good in local language
o Required technical certification
o Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.
o The ability to diagnose and solve problems based on customers' non-technical descriptions.
o Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and bend frequently.

o Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.
