Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Control access to the hotel by verifying guest credentials and handling visitor check-ins.
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, ensuring proper action is taken.
- Maintain a visible presence, providing assistance to guests when needed and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities to hotel management or local authorities.
- Conduct routine security checks on guest rooms, hallways, and hotel entrances.
- Assist in the enforcement of hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a security role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm and take appropriate action during emergencies.
- Must be flexible and available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid security guard license (if required by local regulations).
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people and remain professional under all circumstances.
