Job Title: State Head – DDU-GKY (Arunachal Pradesh)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a committed and result-oriented professional to lead the implementation of DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) projects across Arunachal Pradesh. The role involves strong coordination with government departments, effective project execution, and ensuring compliance with all program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of DDU-GKY projects in Arunachal Pradesh
- Coordinate with State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and government officials
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and audit standards
- Oversee training centers, mobilization campaigns, and placement activities
- Monitor targets for enrollment, training completion, certification, and placements
- Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and progress tracking
- Handle inspections, audits, and monitoring visits
- Develop employer partnerships for candidate placements
- Manage and guide state-level team and training center staff
- Ensure quality training delivery and candidate satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in skill development projects (DDU-GKY preferred)
- Strong understanding of government schemes and compliance systems
- Experience in team management and operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel across Arunachal Pradesh (including remote areas)

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in DDU-GKY / Skill India / NSDC projects
