About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to build and manage B2B partnerships across the education ecosystem. The role involves onboarding educational consultants, coaching institutes, training centers, colleges, universities, and admission partners to facilitate education financing solutions for students pursuing higher education programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new B2B partners including educational consultants, coaching institutes, training institutes, colleges, universities, and franchise networks.
- Generate business opportunities through partner acquisition and relationship management.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Ensure regular lead generation and business growth through partner networks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless processing and partner support.
- Maintain CRM records and submit business reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, Education Sales, Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or EdTech.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in partner acquisition and relationship management preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow)
