About the Role
We are looking for a patient-focused and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct teeth alignment consultations, perform general dental procedures, and guide patients through their smile transformation journey. This role is ideal for a dentist who is passionate about aesthetic dentistry, aligner treatments, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive teeth alignment consultations and evaluate patient suitability for aligner treatment.
- Perform intraoral scans and ensure accurate digital records for treatment planning.
- Carry out basic dental procedures, including scaling, fillings, and assisting with OPG (Orthopantomogram) procedures.
- Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.
- Address patient queries with professionalism and empathy to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams for smooth patient onboarding and treatment execution.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, clinical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support daily clinic operations and contribute to an efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration with the appropriate Dental Council.
- Prior clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience or interest in aesthetic dentistry and clear aligner treatments is an advantage.
