Job Role
The primary responsibility of the candidate will be:
- Calling prospective students and parents from company-provided inquiry data
- Explaining academic programs and counselling parents regarding admissions
- Promoting Classroom Programs as well as One-to-One Coaching Programs
- Following up regularly and converting inquiries into successful admissions
- Achieving monthly admission targets and counselling goals
This role is highly suitable for candidates interested in:

Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calling on inquiry leads provided by the company
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, and fee structures
- Promote JEE, NEET, Foundation, and personalized coaching programs
- Maintain regular follow-ups and strong parent communication
- Maintain inquiry and admission records properly
- Coordinate with academic and management teams
- Achieve admission and revenue targets
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Graduate in any stream
- Good English communication skills preferred
