Your Core Responsibilities
1. Language & Reading Skill Development
- Help students improve:
- Reading comprehension
- Vocabulary
- Grammar (applied, not rote)
- Train them to:
- Understand unseen passages
- Interpret meaning, tone, and intent
2. Literature Understanding (Core Role)
- Break down chapters into:
- Theme
- Characters
- Emotions
- Writer’s intention
- Help students:
- Think beyond textbook answers
- Form their own understanding
3. Writing & Expression Coaching
- Guide students in:
- Answer writing
- Essays
- Letter/report writing
- Focus on:
- Clarity
- Structure
- Presentation
4. Student Analysis
- Identify problems like:
- Weak comprehension
- Poor vocabulary
- Inability to express thoughts
- Memorization without understanding
5. Doubt Solving (Thinking-Based)
- Encourage students to:
- Think before answering
- Explain in their own words
- Avoid spoon-feeding answers
6. AI & Resource Usage
- Use AI tools to:
- Improve writing
- Generate practice questions
- Simplify complex texts
- Find good reading materials:
- Articles
- Stories
- Real-world content
7. System-Based Approach
- Track:
- Writing improvement
- Reading ability
- Performance trends
- Work with structured dashboards
