Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and design-driven Senior Interior Designer to join our Design & Architecture team on a hybrid basis, working three days per week from our Nariman Point, Mumbai office. This is a senior creative and managerial role responsible for leading multiple complex, high-profile interior design projects—ensuring they meet all aesthetic, functional, technical, and budgetary requirements from inception through completion.
A defining feature of this role is close, ongoing collaboration with Tricone’s architecture department. The Senior Interior Designer will work in direct partnership with the architectural team to ensure interior design intent is integrated seamlessly with the built environment, from structural planning through to material finishes and FF&E specification.
The primary project focus is Araaya Alibaug—a 235-acre master plan of residential villas, amenities, three clubhouses, and four resorts across a coastal hillside terrain in Maharashtra. This is a landmark development requiring interior design of the highest calibre across a diverse range of typologies: private villa interiors, resort and hospitality spaces, clubhouse and wellness environments, and shared amenity areas. In addition, the role will require design contribution to Tricone’s residential housing projects in the United States, working across both contexts with equal attention and craft.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of creative vision, technical rigour, and project leadership, with proven experience delivering luxury residential and hospitality interior design at scale.
