Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Direct daily workflows, including patient scheduling, testing turnaround times, and equipment maintenance. Ensure all imaging is processed and reported accurately and efficiently.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule radiologic technologists and administrative staff. Foster a collaborative environment and conduct performance evaluations.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to medical regulations and radiation safety protocols. Oversee equipment quality control tests and facility accreditation.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track expenses, allocate resources effectively, and identify opportunities to boost center footfall and business revenue.
- Patient Experience: Act as the primary escalation point for patient feedback and grievances, ensuring high standards of care and comfort are met.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certifications or local/national licensing (if acting as a practicing technologist) preferred.
- Experience: Progressive healthcare supervisory or management experience, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic imaging center.
- Skills: Strong background in medical imaging software, proficient financial/budgeting acumen, and exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
