KonnectNXT is hiring Customer Service/Success Interns - 4 Nos.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion within defined TATs.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively follow up on pending activities.
- Maintain high accuracy while reviewing documents and verification reports, with EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION to detail.
- Ensure all updates are recorded accurately and process guidelines are consistently followed.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (0–2 years of experience; freshers )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
