Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Work on package layout design while planning and driving schedules from initial concept through full implementation.
Optimize package pinouts, stack-ups, power distribution, and high-speed routing, balancing performance and manufacturability
Collaborate with signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) teams to ensure design quality and efficiency
Enhance design methodologies and partner with vendors to improve product quality and efficiency
Drive innovation in package solutions for Cisco’s next-generation ASICs
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience with industry-standard EDA layout and design tools, including APD+ and Allegro.
Experience in PCB or Package layout design, with strong understanding of high-speed signals and power distribution networks (PDN)
Ability to work with and support multiple staff members at the same time
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ASIC layout package design (in APD+), including pinout optimization and high-speed routing
Proven ability to lead design improvements and coordinate with stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Scripting experience (Python, Perl, TCL, shell programming) is highly valuable
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and development activities for bios, test/interface/uc board design, and cpu projects.
2. Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
4. Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in design processes.
6. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in bios, test/interface/uc board design, and cpu.

2. Strong expertise in test/interface/uc board design.
3. In-depth knowledge of cpu architecture and design.

Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in bios, Test/Interface/uC Board Design, cpu are a plus.
