- Co-ordination between Internal /External support teams like 3rd party vendor, application team,
middleware team, database & network team.
- Perform initial analysis and investigate the issues to provide workaround solution based on
the standard operating procedure (SOP) available for all the applications [Add/Modify/Delete]
procedures based on the feedback from application support teams.
- Maintain checklist for the day-to-day operations activities, deployments, and post implementation
