We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer with a strong passion for architectural design and visualization. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming architectural concepts into compelling, photorealistic visuals that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality architectural 3D models and photorealistic renderings.
- Develop exterior and interior visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Apply realistic materials, lighting, textures, and environmental elements.
- Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements.
- Produce walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of visualization outputs while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in architectural visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering techniques.
- Ability to create realistic architectural visualizations with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings, plans, and design principles.
- Creative mindset with a strong visual aesthetic.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Portfolio showcasing architectural visualization work is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential and commercial architecture projects.
- Knowledge of animation and post-production software such as Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows is an added advantage.
