About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various job openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and understand candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous recruitment/HR experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
