We are looking for warm, caring, and experienced Mother Teachers who can teach all subjects and manage overall classroom learning for Nursery to Grade 2, Dance & Communicative English Teachers. The ideal candidate should be child-friendly, patient, and passionate about working with young learners in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mother Teacher- Teach all subjects (English, Math, EVS, Basic Hindi, Punjabi) as per CBSE curriculum.
- Dance & Communicative Teacher - Develop and Implement age appropiate curriculum for skill development in students.
- Create a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, worksheets, and teaching aids.
- Focus on foundational literacy, numeracy, and life-skills development.
- Monitor students’ progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with parents.
- Manage classroom discipline with love, care, and positive reinforcement.
- Conduct assemblies, celebrations, competitions, and co-curricular activities for little learners.
- Support school events, excursions, and academic initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Mother Teacher - Graduate with N.T.T / E.C.C.E / B.Ed (Primary) or equivalent. Prior experience of teaching Pre-Primary / Primary (Nursery–Grade 2) preferred.
- Dance & Communicative English Teacher - Relavent Educational Qualification as per CBSE with prior experience of working in a CBSE school
- Strong command over English; good communication and presentation skills.
- Pleasant personality, soft-spoken, patient and approachable nature.
- Ability to handle young children with love, care, and confidence.
- Creative, energetic, and capable of using innovative teaching methods.
