Job Title: MEP Technician
Job Summary:
The MEP Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within buildings and facilities. The role ensures all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment.
- Monitor building systems and identify operational issues.
- Conduct routine inspections of pumps, motors, generators, electrical panels, piping, and air-conditioning systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and MEP layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
- Coordinate with contractors and other technical teams when required.
- Assist in equipment testing, commissioning, and system upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or related field.
- Experience in MEP maintenance or facility management (adjust as needed).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
