Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to student inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Understand students' needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track the admission process.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Counseling, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
