About the Opportunity
Angroos is looking for a friendly, energetic, and communication-oriented professional to join our Customer Relations Team. If you enjoy talking with people, solving customer requirements, handling enquiries, and building strong customer relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Customer Relations and Communication Executive, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your role will be critical in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales, enquiry management, and order coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, email, website, and other digital platforms.
Respond to customer messages in a timely and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable gifting solutions.
Provide information regarding products, customization options, pricing, delivery timelines, and order processes.
Coordinate with Gift Designers and Operations Team to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers and existing clients.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns, questions, and service requests professionally.
Maintain enquiry records and customer communication logs.
Support corporate gifting enquiries and assist with order coordination.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Front Office, Reception, Telecalling, Sales Support, Hospitality, Retail, or similar customer-facing roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and social media platforms.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Immediate joiners preferred.
