Window Grille Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and reliable Laser Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating laser cutting machines for metal fabrication, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor laser cutting machines for precision cutting of metal materials (primarily for window grilles and related products).
- Set up and adjust machine settings according to job requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating laser cutting machines (preferred).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
