Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, capable of typing in both Hindi and English, and preferably have experience working with CSR projects or NGOs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain records, documentation, and data entry with high accuracy
Handle MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) efficiently
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage and organize files (digital and physical)
Assist in CSR/NGO-related documentation and reporting (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good typing speed in Hindi and English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic communication skills in Hindi and English
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in CSR projects or NGOs
Familiarity with documentation, reporting, or field coordination
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
0–3 years of relevant experience
Salary 1.8 to 3 LPA
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
