About the Role
We are seeking a technically strong and detail‑oriented professional to lead our Millwork & Countertops Division. This role involves overseeing shop drawing reviews, coordinating fabrication details, and managing end‑to‑end project execution for hospitality, multifamily, and residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Shop Drawing Review: Review, redline, and coordinate vendor drawings for millwork, cabinetry, countertops, and custom furniture.
- Project Management: Manage schedules, approvals, procurement, and fabrication milestones.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with millwork shops, stone fabricators, and furniture manufacturers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project coordinators, estimators, and drawing review staff.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with architects, designers, and contractors for approvals and clarifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design, or Construction Management.
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Bluebeam, SketchUp, Cabinet Vision, or Microvellum is a plus.
- Strong understanding of fabrication methods, detailing standards, and construction coordination.
