Job Title: SailPoint ISC Developer
Location: Bangalore
Work Shift: UK & US Shift
Experience: 5–10 Years (Minimum 3+ Years in SailPoint ISC)
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SailPoint ISC Developer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), working across provisioning, governance, integrations, and access lifecycle management in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint ISC
- Configure and manage core modules such as Provisioning, Access Certification, Role Management, and Policy Enforcement
- Develop and customize connectors, workflows, rules, forms, and integrations
- Build and manage REST API integrations with enterprise applications
- Develop BeanShell/Java-based rules and workflows as per business requirements
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of SailPoint solutions
- Support identity lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) and access governance activities
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and solution artifacts
Key Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow)
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts – provisioning, access governance, RBAC, lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workflow & rule development
- Connector configuration and application onboarding
- Certification campaigns, access requests, and policies
- Experience in REST API integrations and custom development
- Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or similar
- Proficiency in scripting/coding (Java, BeanShell, XML, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience in application maintenance and development support
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to make technical decisions and troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in technical documentation and presentations
Good to Have
- Exposure to SailPoint IIQ or other IAM tools (CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD)
- Experience in enterprise IAM transformations or migrations
- Understanding of compliance, audit, and security best practices
