Job Title: - Store Engineer
Job Overview: - Store Engineer responsible for efficiently managing material issuance, maintaining records in SAP B1, ensuring proper packing, stock reconciliation, tool issuance, delivery documentation, GRN processing, minimizing C class item inventory, and facilitating ,effective communication with purchase, production, and other departments. Hands-on experience in SAP B1 and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Issue the material as per issue register and material list as per project codes.
2. Maintain daily record of material issue in SAP B1 module.
3. Ensure proper packing of material from the store’s assistants.
4. Ensure physical stock matching with SAP stock after regular intervals.
5. Issuing of tools/machines to production and maintain records.
6. Ensure delivery challan making for outward material.
7. GRN of inward material.
8. Maintain minimum inventory of C class items.
9. Should have hands on experience in SAP B1 module.
10. Should have good communication skills to ensure clear communication with purchase, production and other departments.
Qualifications
- Education level :- BE Mechanical / graduation in supply chain management
- Experience.:- 3-5 Years
- Technical skills: - Personal characteristics: - communication skills, leadership, Teamwork, problem solving and creative thinking
