Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive – PM & RM to manage procurement activities related to Packaging Materials (PM) and Raw Materials (RM) for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, negotiation capabilities, and experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Nutraceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Source quality materials at competitive prices within timelines.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, and Planning teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
- Conduct rate negotiations and cost optimization activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and support material planning.
- Maintain procurement records, quotations, comparative statements, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and GMP requirements.
- Identify alternate vendors and support vendor audits/evaluations.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of PM & RM sourcing in Pharma/Nutra industries.
- Good understanding of inventory and supply chain processes.
- ERP handling knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation.
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Supply Chain, Purchase, or related field.
- Experience in Pharma / Nutraceutical / Healthcare manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹10,806.23 - ₹37,227.68 per month
