Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and explain the gold selling process.
- Assist in gold purity testing and valuation procedures.
- Explain gold valuation details and payment procedures to customers.
- Verify customer KYC documents and maintain records.
- Prepare and process transaction-related documents.
- Coordinate customer payments through cash or bank transfer.
- Maintain accurate branch records and daily reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
- Support branch sales and business development activities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet).
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Experience in the gold buying, jewellery, or related financial services industry is preferred.
Qualification
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Experience in customer service, sales, banking, finance, jewelry, or gold-buying industry will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
