About the Role We are hiring an experienced Store Incharge to manage store operations across our organization. The role involves handling inventory for either a healthcare facility or an educational institution depending on the candidate's background and the position assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete management of store inventory — medicines, consumables, equipment, lab supplies, or institutional materials as applicable
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock against purchase orders and challans
- Issue materials to departments with proper vouchers and documentation
- Maintain expiry tracking, FIFO rotation, and wastage control
- Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile with records
- Coordinate with purchase team for timely replenishment
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to management
- Ensure store compliance with applicable regulatory norms
Who We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience as Store Incharge or Store Keeper in a hospital, pharmacy, college, polytechnic, ITI, or similar setup
- Proficient in MS Excel; Tally knowledge preferred
- Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
- Able to manage store operations independently
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
Qualification: HSC minimum; Graduate preferred Languages: Hindi / Marathi / English (any combination)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
