Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance productivity and software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing components within Adobe Experience Manager environments.
- In-depth understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management concepts.
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services within AEM solutions.
- Experience with version control systems and agile software development methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
