Position overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior IT Project Manager preferably with a strong background in the .NET ecosystem to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic business goals.
- Responsibilities: Manage project delivery, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies

Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support backlog management activities

Track project progress, priorities, and delivery status

Identify risks and propose mitigation actions

Ensure transparency, high-quality delivery, and client satisfaction

Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting

Support estimation, planning, and process improvement initiatives
- 10 to 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in project management

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban)

Hands-on experience with project planning, tracking, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting

Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience working with distributed multicultural teams and international clients
