About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic LinkedIn Strategist & Ad Copy Specialist who can build strong founder and brand narratives while also creating performance-driven advertising copy.
The ideal candidate understands how to write content that establishes authority, drives engagement, generates leads, and converts audiences across organic and paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Content & Thought Leadership
1. Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies for founders, executives, and brands.
2. Write high-quality LinkedIn posts, carousels, articles, and thought-leadership content.
3. Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and audience interests.
4. Create content that positions founders as industry experts and trusted voices.
5. Write engaging hooks, storytelling-driven posts, and opinion-led content.
6. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing schedules.
7. Track content performance and optimize future content based on insights.
Ad Copywriting
1. Write compelling ad copy for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
2. Create multiple copy variations for A/B testing.
3. Develop ad messaging across different stages of the customer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
4. Write landing page copy, lead-generation copy, and conversion-focused messaging.
5. Collaborate with designers and performance marketers to improve campaign performance.
6. Analyze ad performance metrics and continuously refine messaging.
Required Skills
1. Excellent written English with strong grammar and storytelling abilities.
2. Strong understanding of LinkedIn content trends and professional audience behavior.
3. Experience writing performance marketing copy for digital advertising platforms.
4. Ability to simplify complex business concepts into engaging content.
5. Knowledge of marketing psychology, customer journeys, and conversion principles.
6. Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
1. 2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
2. Experience working with founders, consultants, coaches, B2B brands, or professional services firms.
3. Portfolio demonstrating LinkedIn content and ad copy performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Engagement rate and reach on LinkedIn content.
2. Growth in founder/brand visibility and audience.
3. Lead generation through organic content.
