Position: Sales / Front Desk Executive
Location: Mallapur (VNR Gardens, Opp. Above KFC, 2nd Floor)
Role Overview
As the first point of contact at Atlas Fitness, you will represent our brand, handle member interactions, and play a key role in converting walk-ins and inquiries into active memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients and members professionally
- Explain membership plans, offers, and services clearly
- Convert inquiries into memberships (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp leads)
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Maintain client records and daily reporting
- Support marketing activities and promotions
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and member satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in sales and customer handling
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / WhatsApp / CRM preferred)
- Presentable, professional, and well-spoken
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
